1. No Refund Policy (General)

All purchases made on NextXen Learn are final. We follow a No Refund policy once the payment is successfully processed, unless stated otherwise under specific circumstances below.

2. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

• Duplicate Payment: If the user is charged more than once for the same service.
• Technical Failure: If a transaction is successful but access to the course or product is not granted within 48 hours.
• Unintentional Purchase: If a user accidentally purchases the wrong course and notifies us within 24 hours, and the course has not yet been accessed.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you meet one of the above criteria:

• Email us at bioxenclue@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request - [Your Order ID]”
• Mention your full name, contact number, course name, payment method, and transaction ID.
• We will investigate and respond within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Processing Time

• If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• BioXenClue Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any delay caused by the bank or payment gateway.

5. Course Cancellation by Us

If BioXenClue Pvt. Ltd. cancels a course or discontinues access to a paid product due to internal reasons:

• A full refund will be issued to all registered participants automatically within 7 working days.
